Isla Magdalena y la colonia de Pingüinos Magallanicos
Mientras estamos en el barco
Nos trasladaremos para un check-in y luego a Laredo, donde el viaje en barco durará unos 30 minutos. Tomaremos la lancha rápida hacia la Isla Magdalena donde se encuentra la colonia de pingüinos más grande de la Patagonia chilena. Nos tomará una hora llegar a la embarcación y luego estaremos listos para desembarcar y caminar entre estas 120.000 parejas de Pingüinos Magallánicos.
For those who are interested in walking the entire way as a trail to the lighthouse, it will take us about 30 minutes, even though we have an hour to be on the island. Trust us….you won’t want to see another penguin after this. For those who are not interested in walking too much, you will only need to get off the boat and you will be surrounded by these beautiful birds, some of them will be swimming right in front of you, others will return to their burrows where the nests are and others will simply come out to stretch for a while.
Una vez de vuelta en el barco, tardaremos 30 minutos en llegar a la segunda isla llamada Marta donde encontraremos una colonia de lobos marinos. Como no estamos tratando de molestarlos, nos detendremos justo en frente de ellos para disfrutar de su compañía con sus cachorros si es necesario. Es temporada.
